SAEKI - Manufacturing at software speed
Europe's defense industrial base cannot respond at the speed modern conflict requires. Legacy suppliers operate on month-long timelines. Tribal knowledge is retiring. Supply chains are fragile. SAEKI is building the operating system for autonomous factories - the infrastructure that lets Europe manufacture mission-critical components at software speed.
The Role
We keep hiring as SAEKI scales. If no open role fits you today, apply here. When a role opens, this pool is where we look first. We are open to every level, from intern and working student to VP.
What We're Looking For
Production. CNC machining, additive manufacturing and post-processing. You take a part from first setup to one that passes inspection.
Engineering. Mechanical, process and quality engineering. You find out why a part failed and change the process so it holds next time.
Software. Backend, robotics, computational geometry and factory software. You build the operating system that plans, runs and checks production on real machines.
Operations. Supply chain, logistics and IT/OT. You make sure material arrives on time, machines stay online and the site runs every hour production does.
Business. Finance, HR, legal and compliance. You build the structures a fast-growing defence and aerospace manufacturer needs to scale across countries.
What we're not looking for
- Someone who waits for instructions.
- A generic application sent to twenty companies.
What we offer
- Mission: Rebuild the industrial sovereignty of the West.
- Short paths: Everyone ships, no politics, no bureaucracy.
- The environment: State-of-the-art manufacturing technology.
Apply
- Resume: Show us what you have actually built, run or fixed.
- Cover letter: Which area fits you, and what would you want to own at SAEKI.
- Talent pool: We keep your application for up to 24 months and contact you when a matching role opens. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
