Your mission
  • As our Chief Product Officer, you will be at the helm of our product strategy, guiding the development and execution of innovative 3D printing solutions that transform the construction and composites industries.
  • Your mission is to optimize operations, unlock new efficiencies, and deliver value to our customers by integrating hardware and software solutions in a way that is unmatched in the industry.
  • You will lead the charge in bridging the gap between the physical and digital realms, managing teams that use cutting-edge computational engineering and machine learning to create groundbreaking products that redefine industry standards.
  • You will be instrumental in designing our global production footprint, improving cost efficiency, and enhancing lead time accuracy while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
Your profile
  • Manufacturing Expertise: A rich background in manufacturing engineering, having hands-on operational experience from the workshop floor to the complexity of global manufacturing operations.
  • Software Leadership: Proven track record of leading software teams to develop and deploy transformative systems for operational and other software solutions such as ERP systems and modern web interfaces that revolutionize manufacturing processes.
  • Interdisciplinary Approach: Demonstrated ability to bridge the physical and software domains, driving innovation by integrating cutting-edge technologies such as computational engineering and machine learning.
  • Product Lifecycle Mastery: Extensive experience navigating the entire product lifecycle. From inception and finding product-market-fit, through to maturity, whilst matching this to the realities of a pre-seed startup and its growth.
  • Financial Management: Experience in CAPEX/OPEX forecasting, budget control, and ownership of large-scale budgets.
  • Global Perspective: Adept at managing diverse, cross-functional teams in a global setting, with experience in scaling products that meet the demands of international markets.
  • Visionary Leadership: Ability to set a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and evolving market needs, inspiring teams to execute at the highest level.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, coupled with advanced software development skills, including ERP and MES systems, computational engineering, and machine learning.
  • Innovation-driven: Strong track record of developing and delivering innovative products that disrupt traditional industries and create new market opportunities.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and craft strategies that position the company as a leader in the robotic manufacturing sector.
